Badge Frames and Holders

Add extra professionalism to your badges with the DCS line of badge frames. They are availablefor blanks .010 to .070 in thickness. You can also now create the "full bleed" look using the openbacked 1.5" x 3" (38mm x 76mm) .060 frames. All of the closed back frames are complete withan easy peel double sided adhesive. They are individually wrapped and boxed in 50s.

These .023" Aluminum and .019" Brass are print receptive for use in the DCS line of printers.The metals is coated with a plastic layer that is print receptive and cushions the print head duringprinting. Please contact Direct Color Systems for recommended fabrication techniques for thisproduct. Cut pieces are in packages of 50 and boxed in quantities of 200. WARNING:PRINTING ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THIS MATERIAL CAN CAUSE PRINT HEAD DAMAGETHAT WILL NOT BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.
